Privacy Policy
Feel It Now does not collect, transmit or sell your personal data. Everything you write or save stays on your device.
Who we are
Feel It Now (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a daily affirmation and visualisation app for iPhone. This policy explains what happens to information when you use it.
By using the app you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and delete it from your device.
Information we collect
We do not operate any servers and we do not have user accounts. We collect no personal information, no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no location data.
The app has no third-party trackers, no advertising SDKs and no crash-reporting SDKs.
Information stored on your device
The following is saved locally on your iPhone, inside the app's private storage, so the app can work between launches:
- The first name you enter, used only to personalise on-screen text and reminders.
- The focus areas you choose.
- The affirmations you mark as favourites.
- The reminder times you schedule.
- How many times you have completed Joy exercise.
- Simple counts such as how many times you tapped “I feel it!” and your day streak.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. Your name and the affirmation text are included in the reminder so it can be shown to you. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
How your information is used
Locally stored information is used only to run the features you asked for: showing your affirmations, remembering your favourites, delivering your reminders and keeping your practice statistics.
We never use it for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we never sell or share it, because it never leaves your device.
Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you remove it. You are always in control:
- Tap “Start over” in Settings to erase your name, focus areas, favourites, reminders and statistics.
- Deleting the app from your iPhone removes all of its stored data and cancels any scheduled reminders.
Your rights
Because all information stays on your device and we hold no copy of it, you already have full access, correction and deletion rights directly in the app.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California or another region with data protection laws, those rights are satisfied by the in-app controls described above. We have no data to hand over or delete on request because we never receive any.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, deleting the app removes it.
Security
Your information is protected by the security of your device, including your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID and Apple's app sandbox. We recommend keeping a device passcode enabled and your iOS version up to date.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or in the App Store release notes.
