Feel It Now is a motivation app. It is not medical care, therapy or a promise of results.
Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the developer of Feel It Now (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules of the App Store.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, resell or distribute the app or its content, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Not medical or professional advice
Feel It Now offers affirmations, guided visualisation and reflection prompts for general motivation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any question about a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the app.
If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.
No guarantee of results
The content of the app, including references to visualisation and neuroscience, is provided for inspiration and general education. We make no promise that using the app will produce any particular outcome, achievement, income, health result or life change. Results depend on many factors outside the app's control.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to interfere with its normal operation or use it in any way that could harm us or another person.
Your content
Anything you write in the app, such as your name or your answers in the Joy exercise, stays on your device. You are responsible for that content. We do not receive, review, back up or restore it. If you delete the app or tap “Start over”, that content is gone permanently.
Notifications
Reminders rely on iOS notification delivery and on your device settings. We cannot guarantee that a reminder will always arrive at an exact time, or at all, for example if your device is off, in Focus mode or low on power.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, its name and its written content are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple
Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if you stop using the app or breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the app from your device.
Changes to the app and these Terms
We may update, change or discontinue features of the app at any time. If these Terms change, the updated version will appear here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
